What to Expect During Your First Visit
We'll do everything we can to make your first visit with Dr. Jackson to be a pleasant and productive experience. When you check in, you will be asked to take a few minutes to complete our new patient forms and provide insurance information before you see the doctor.
Your first visit will consist of a general consultation and examination of your injury. After this initial examination, Dr. Jackson will recommend and schedule next steps, which could include additional tests, specific exercises, prescriptions for medication, additional consultations, or the scheduling of a specific procedure. Most of these initial consultations take about an hour. Here are a few items you should bring to your first appointment:
- Your insurance card
- A list of prescription medications you're currently taking
- Your insurance co-pay (we accept cash, checks, and debit cards)
